By accessing our website at harrisonluxurylimo.com or using any of the services provided by Harrison Luxury Limo ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Harrison Luxury Limo provides professional chauffeured ground transportation services in the New York City metropolitan area, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate travel, special events, weddings, and point-to-point transfers.

All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

• Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us by email or phone.
• We will contact you within 2 hours of a submitted request to confirm availability and provide a final quote.
• Accurate pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, and passenger count are your responsibility. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect information.
• Special requests (child seats, meet-and-greet, extra stops) must be noted at the time of booking and are subject to additional charges.

• All quoted prices are in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes, tolls, parking, and gratuity.
• Quoted rates are estimates. Final charges may vary based on actual route, wait time, or additional services requested.
• Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.
• We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will honour the rate quoted at the time of confirmation.

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund or credit.
• 6–24 hours before pickup: 50% charge of the confirmed booking amount.
• Less than 6 hours before pickup or no-show: Full charge of the confirmed booking amount.
• Airport pickups cancelled after a chauffeur has been dispatched to the terminal are subject to a full charge.
• Weather or acts of God may qualify for rescheduling at our discretion.

All cancellations must be communicated directly to us by phone or email.

• All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Consumption of alcohol is only permitted in vehicles where legally allowed and pre-approved by us.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during their reservation. The cost of repair or cleaning will be charged to the primary account holder.
• Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if a passenger's behaviour poses a safety risk.

• Airport pickups: We include a complimentary 60-minute wait window after a domestic flight lands and 90 minutes for international arrivals. Additional wait time is billed at the prevailing hourly rate.
• All other pickups: 15-minute complimentary grace period. Additional wait time is billed at the prevailing hourly rate.
• Tolls, airport fees, parking, and out-of-area surcharges are additional and will be itemised on your invoice.

Harrison Luxury Limo shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that specific booking.

We are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. Please ensure you collect all belongings before exiting. Found items will be held for 7 days; please contact us promptly.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Harrison Luxury Limo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
